Pittsburgh is the second largest city in the state of Pennsylvania and a top 25 DMA market. The city itself has an estimated population of 311,647, while the seven-county metropolitan area has 2,354,957. The 'City of Bridges' is widely regarded by many to be America's best city to live in with both Forbes and Yahoo voting it as the most livable city in the US in 2010.
The Port Authority of Allegheny County is Pittsburgh's only mass transit system. Know locally as PAT Transit, the authority runs a network of inter and intra-city busroutes and light rail. In October 2010, Titan reached an agreement to sell National media on their behalf.
