1. Information Collected on the Web Site
Information You Provide to Company. At your election, you may choose to provide the Company with information about yourself or decline to do so (which may prevent you from utilizing some of the Web Site's features). We may request the following types of information: (1) personal information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, such as your name, e-mail address, credit card number, cell phone number and physical address; and (2) demographic information, such as gender, zip code, or similar information. This information may be collected through various means and in various locations on the Web Site, and may be obtained through e-mail, mobile device or other technologies when you submit information, communicate, or otherwise interact with us through our Web Site. Mobile Device Identifiers. Mobile devices may be uniquely identified and the physical location of devices may be pinpointed utilizing a system provided by certain mobile service providers. We or our third-party service providers may receive such device information if you access the Web Site through a mobile device. Particular features of our Web Site may require gathering of mobile phone numbers that we may then associate with mobile device identification information.
Embedded Scripts. An embedded script may be built into the Web Site to collect information about your interactions, such as which links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your computer from our web server or a third party service provider while you are connected to the Web Site and will be subsequently deleted or deactivated.

Third Party Services. We may provide third parties with access to your personal information for the purpose of performing certain services on the Web Site, including, without limitation, customer support, clearing and processing of credit card payments, e-mail message deployment, suppression, merge and de-duplication services, data processing and provision of other special products or services as requested by you and administering sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions that the Company may offer through the Web Site that may require your registration. Please note that by entering a promotion, you agree to and shall be governed by the official rules of that promotion, which may require, except where prohibited by law, use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the promotion.
Business Transfers. The Company reserves the right to share information collected on the Web Site with its parent (Titan Outdoor Holdings, Inc.), subsidiaries and affiliates. We may acquire or sell a company, a company's assets, a Web Site or several companies in our corporate family may merge with one another, or we may be otherwise reorganized or be acquired by another company. If we complete such a corporate transaction, the Company reserves the right to transfer some or all of your information and to disclose and transfer user information, including personal information, in connection with corporate transactions and other corporate changes.
4. Editing and Deleting User Information
The Web Site may contain web pages through which you may edit the personal information you have supplied to the Company through your registration with the Web Site, and which may allow you to change your marketing preferences. You may also opt-out of receiving future marketing communications by following the instructions contained in such e-mail messages when you receive them. Please note that if you maintain a user account on the Web Site, we reserve the right to send you account-related communications such as administrative and service notices. These communications shall not be affected by whether or not you opt-out from marketing e-mails. When you edit your personal information or change your preferences, information that you remove may continue to be stored internally for administrative purposes. Any communications made using features of the Web Site that are designed to allow a user to publicly disclose information, such as a blog or wiki board posting, generally cannot be removed.

The Web Site is a general audience web site. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children younger than the age of thirteen (13) on the Web Site. We will delete any information that is determined to have been provided by a user younger than the age of thirteen (13).

We may also file your comments to improve the Web Site or review and discard the information. Information provided to us through the "Contact Us" mechanism shall not be used to contact you for marketing purposes unrelated to your request.
