Effective Date: August 31, 2009 This Privacy Policy only applies to www.titan360.com (however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise), which is owned and controlled by Titan Outdoor LLC ("Company" or "we," "our," or "us"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan Outdoor Holdings, Inc., or other interactive features or protocols (including, without limitation, mobile sites and widgets) that are owned or operated by Company and are available through www.titan360.com or that interact with the www.titan360.com and post this Privacy Policy (together, the "Web Site"). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Web Site and does not cover any information collected by Company at any other web site or offline (unless otherwise expressly stated).

1. Information Collected on the Web Site

Information You Provide to Company. At your election, you may choose to provide the Company with information about yourself or decline to do so (which may prevent you from utilizing some of the Web Site's features).
