This Privacy Policy only applies to www.titan360.com (however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise), which is owned and controlled by Titan Outdoor LLC ("Company" or "we," "our," or "us"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan Outdoor Holdings, Inc., or other interactive features or protocols (including, without limitation, mobile sites and widgets) that are owned or operated by Company and are available through www.titan360.com or that interact with the www.titan360.com and post this Privacy Policy (together, the "Web Site"). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Web Site and does not cover any information collected by Company at any other web site or offline (unless otherwise expressly stated).
1. Information Collected on the Web Site
Information You Provide to Company. At your election, you may choose to provide the Company with information about yourself or decline to do so (which may prevent you from utilizing some of the Web Site's features). We may request the following types of information: (1) personal information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, such as your name, e-mail address, credit card number, cell phone number and physical address; and (2) demographic information, such as gender, zip code, or similar information. This information may be collected through various means and in various locations on the Web Site, and may be obtained through e-mail, mobile device or other technologies when you submit information, communicate, or otherwise interact with us through our Web Site. Information About You From Other Sources. We reserve the right to verify the Personal Information you provide and obtain additional information from consumer reporting agencies or other sources. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your computer from our web server or a third party service provider while you are connected to the Web Site and will be subsequently deleted or deactivated.

Business Transfers. The Company reserves the right to share information collected on the Web Site with its parent (Titan Outdoor Holdings, Inc.), subsidiaries and affiliates. We may acquire or sell a company, a company's assets, a Web Site or several companies in our corporate family may merge with one another, or we may be otherwise reorganized or be acquired by another company. If we complete such a corporate transaction, the Company reserves the right to transfer some or all of your information and to disclose and transfer user information, including personal information, in connection with corporate transactions and other corporate changes.
4. Editing and Deleting User Information
The Web Site may contain web pages through which you may edit the personal information you have supplied to the Company through your registration with the Web Site, and which may allow you to change your marketing preferences. You may also opt-out of receiving future marketing communications by following the instructions contained in such e-mail messages when you receive them. Please note that if you maintain a user account on the Web Site, we reserve the right to send you account-related communications such as administrative and service notices. These communications shall not be affected by whether or not you opt-out from marketing e-mails. When you edit your personal information or change your preferences, information that you remove may continue to be stored internally for administrative purposes. 5. Privacy of Children
The Web Site is a general audience web site. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children younger than the age of thirteen (13) on the Web Site. We will delete any information that is determined to have been provided by a user younger than the age of thirteen (13).

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
By using this Web Site, you acknowledge your agreement and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modifications to our Privacy Policy will be reflected by the "Effective Date" as stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. Company will use your personal information in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you submitted the information, unless you consent to the new or revised policy.
